10 Easy ways to stay Fit and healthy

Most of the people think that for staying fit we have to break bones and spend innumerable hours in the gym. Not true! Fitness is not defined by a six-pack, muscles and triceps and so on but instead, it is defined as an overall healthy body and good stamina.

In today’s world staying fit is as much a priority as breathing fresh air. Almost every single of the work requires a physical strength or stamina. Whether it is a work of drinking water or unloading a truck. Even thinking cannot be done without using your physical muscular neurons.

It’s the little things that you do each day that add up to being healthy and fit. which can help you to live a healthy lifestyle. Use these tips as a guide on your journey on the path to good health.

Are you on a diet? and consuming low-calorie food, or increasing your weight? by eating heavy calories food. I am sorry to say but these things can make you look healthy, But in reality you will not be.

But what you can include many fresh fruits, vegetables, and also some lean sources of protein such as poultry, fish, tofu and beans (Your choice) into your diet as possible and make them the main part of your overall diet for staying fit.

Don’t take it lightly, a healthy breakfast can give your day a kick-start and you will feel more good, healthy and more energized.

8. Exercise


OH exercise! i don’t like it. Well nobody does. But i am not saying you to do crunches and heavy weight lifting, NO!

Exercise is all about moving your body, you can do so by getting out for a walk a few times a week.

And the best thing about is that you can do interesting and fun stuff as exercise like hiking and have a race with your friend of who runs fast from one point to another or Whatever you like, completely depends on you.

7. Meditation


well some of you like it and some of you don’t but believe me meditation is an excellent way to relax and rejuvenate oneself. A few minutes of meditation daily will refresh you to a great extent. 6. Drink water


Our body is made of mostly water so this is not a big deal to do. In-fact that is the most easiest task to do. It will help you to maintain your metabolism, blood flow, keep you hydrated, clean and bla-bla-bla. Okay, You know its perks, just drink more water.

5. Sleep

This is the best thing in my life to do and i guess most of you love it to do too. But there are some people out there who don’t get enough of it. You need to sleep at least 7-8 hours a day.

Sleep affects our physical and mental health and also Lack of sleep adversely affects metabolism, mood, concentration, memory, motor skills, stress hormones and even the immune system. So sleep for almost 7-8 hours daily.

4. Go for a vacation


Take a break and go for a vacation no matter if it is a small vacation or not. Taking a vacation is an ideal option for some relaxation. Going on a holiday with friends, family or even alone, can act as a big stress buster and will make you feel better.

3. Play your favourite sport


Even playing video games is a sport at least for me. It can actually help you to maintain your mentally stay fit which is as important as being physically fit. But i prefer sports like swimming, badminton or basketball are excellent ways to rejuvenate, build team spirit and stay physically fit.

2. Express yourself


Don’t keep your emotional feelings inside you it can adversely effect your health both physically and mentally. Suppressed emotions often pose as a hindrance to healthy growth.

Unexpressed feelings can lead to depression, sleep problems, eating disorders, and even physical pain. So, you know what to do. right?

1. Get your regular health checkups


Regular medical examinations are very important. They help us keep our bodies in check. Get exams regularly even if you are healthy, so that if and when something is abnormal, you know about it and can take action.
