why Sleep is Important: Benefits and Importance in our Life

We are not talking something you know but We are talking about something you don’ know but should and ways, hacks and few more tips you.  If you are going to gym for exercising by sacrificing your sleep, then you should go to sleep rather than going to gym.

Sleep is said to be the most important task of our day. It is the repair shop of our body. It is being said that we need at-least 7 – 9 hours of sleep a day for a body to function properly. Not only this, it also provides various health benefits of healthy living by Improving memory, helps in live longer, spur creativity, increases in attention, feels much more healthier, lower stress- stress killer and many more.

Sleep is that golden chain that ties health and our bodies together.


According to a experiment with the help of few volunteers, it is being tried to find out that what actually happens good and bad in our body without taking any sleep for 36 hours. It is being found that all of the volunteers perform way too low, more than 50% in the task which they already perform 36 hours earlier. Some tasks related to memory, reaction time and alertness.


The experiment and study suggests that it:

  • Lowers the creativity
  • Things take more time to be done by them
  • More hard to concentrate on work
  • Lack of attention
  • Very poor response time
  • most important is – It ACTUALLY shuts down most parts of our body.

When combining these things in to your daily routine, it can be really devastating, if it’s continued for more time, it also reduces or stops your immune system and other parts of the body to function properly, And we should not forget that lack of sleep comes among the top reasons for driving accidents.


We should not drive when we are half asleep – it is as dangerous as drinking and driving. It decreases our ability, by lowering our memory power, which can cause you bad effects by forgetting the long term things and even small term for example: Roads, which lead to lost somewhere else. It also reduces our alertness and reaction time. which is the most important thing which is needed as a top priority when driving, It is also important for daily routine work as well. Only a few milliseconds is enough to have a big accidents and Escaping from such accidents. Main accidents also happens because of tiredness which can only be cured by sleeping properly.

Sleep is the best meditation.

If you don’t take your sleep properly or even didn’t take at all. Brain actually starts to switches off our body-parts like arms and legs and muscles. That is why it becomes very hard to move your body when in half-sleep. After that it is continued, we goes under micro sleep – forcefully reset body by brain. You become unconscious. Link it with other task and imagine how bad it could be, when driving, doing important work that needs and demands your attention.

I can understand that Sometimes we really need to wake up all day long. Its fine, but we should get sleep as fast as we can even a few small nap will work fine. We cannot fulfill all sleep requirements we need in one day by sleeping all day long. Actually it will leave you more exhausted and lazy. But instead of this try to sleep 1 hour extra daily for about a week or two in intervals. you will soon be able to get in your daily sleep patterns without any major issue.

Think in the morning. Act in the noon. Eat in the evening. Sleep in the night.
