The Easiest and Best Daily Routine in Life for a kid to a king

All the people in this world have different personalities, different lives and hence different routines. A Daily routine is a thing that can be cause of our behavior, our way of talking, our way of feeling and our level in the society. In short this is a very important topic for everyone to look at.

Well there is no perfect routine for everyone because everyone can have different aspects or morals or values of the same thing . But there is some routines which can be used by every kid to every adult and same applies to old people. Well i will not say it routine because but rather i will cal it flexible routine. Why? – Because it can be changed accordingly as per you needs, as you want.


Our routine starts with waking up. It is being said that we must be up from bed till 6:00 A.M to 7:00 A.M It is rightly said but What we miss here is that the time to sleep. Everybody knows the time to wake up i.e 6:00 to 7:00 A.M but nobody knows the time to sleep. Its 10:00 to 10:30 P.M. We need at-least 7-8 hours of sleep daily and it is mostly preferred at night. And i don’t need to tell you the benefits of this that you already knows.

Then comes to breakfast. we must have a healthy breakfast. We must have our breakfast within 2 hours of waking up. it is preferred to have 2 bananas, 1 glass of milk, and some bread or fruits of your choice. (click here to know more about the healthy breakfast by clicking here)

Up there i called this routine a flexible routine now i will tell you why because now there is nothing else you need to do. All day you can manage as per your wish or your needs. Just a couple of things to look at that you can choose the time on your own.



To be more happy, intelligent, smart, fit, healthier, energetic, and many more you need to exercise at-least for 30 minutes daily. Not a very intense workout that leave you tired, No! Even a small walk or some push ups or yoga or GOING TO GYM will made it through. If you can do it in morning then nothing can be good as this. but you can do it even on evening as well.


Next and the last thing but not the least is reading newspaper for 5 minutes (3 times in a day). According to your preferences I am not saying reading something about the public affairs or political news but reading about what you like. For ex: i like gadgets and i read about it everyday. Not only it gives you some interest but also increase your knowledge and reading skills but believe me or not it can also boost up your communication skills guaranteed.

So let’s sums it up:

  • Sleeping between 10:00 to 10:30 PM
  • Waking at 6:00 to 7:00 AM
  • Having a healthy breakfast within 2 hours of waking up
  • 30 minutes of normal exercise
  • Reading newspaper for 5 minutes for 3 times in a day


Is it a hard routine? NO! Does it need so much time? NO! Does it need to much effort to do this? ABSOLUTELY NOT! it is way to easy for everyone. Just follow this routine only for 3 months and you own will witness the change i you.
