Have a Healthy Breakfast: know Why and How

Why do we call a breakfast a breakfast? Have you ever wondered? – Because we can’t say it lunch or dinner Right?  he-he NO!, jokes apart there is a very interesting theory behind this which most of you don’t know about that. We spent all night after dinner without eating, if you do some maths you will find the time difference between dinner and breakfast is approx. half a day. So, we can say it that it is our fast because we usually don’t eat anything in between and in the morning we break it. It then becomes Breaking the fast  So unsurprisingly it is called Breakfast.


There is a famous phrase “Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince and Dinner like a Poor”. It is being said that Breakfast is the most important meal of our day yet we take it exactly opposite of that Right? Breakfast provides many benefits to our health and well-being.  If you take your breakfast right You can’t even imagine its benefits, there is so many benefits that a book can be published considering only benefits of Breakfast.

A Healthy breakfast can make us more energetic throughout the day and the best part is that only few of us know that breakfast plays a very important role in deciding our Behavior and emotions. It actually triggers some positive attitude in you and you could feel much better. Nothing can be more healthier than our good emotions or positive attitude in life. At morning Our body needs nutrition, lots of nutrition. Breakfast foods are good sources of important nutrients such as calcium, iron and vitamins as well as protein. All depends on what you are eating and how much you are eating. It varies from person to person. But how do we know what to take? and how much to take? – According to Nutritionists breakfast should be eaten within two hours of waking and a healthy breakfast should provide calories in the range of 20-35% of your guideline daily allowance. And it is hardly recommended to do at-least 10 min of exercise in the morning with a healthy breakfast. Exercise with healthy breakfast is like icing on the cake.


“An apple a day keeps a doctor away” We’re being taught this our whole life and scientifically it is right but it is also prescribed that take some other fruits as well in breakfast with apple. Nothing is better than a fruit salad with full glass of juice or shake or milk and some more other stuffs with it like cereals and Toast and Breads and many more dishes of your choice which you prefer. It does sound delicious as well as taste delicious and it is actually more healthier than anything.

When you wake up in the morning with a healthy breakfast. This can guaranteed make your day go 100% Fun, Energetic and Great. Not even that it will help you to relieve from stress and help you nurturing more great ideas inside of your unique head.

So, breakfast really is the most important meal of the day! and can for real brighten up your day.
